Our Mission

Language Schools New Zealand was established in 1993 by our owner Guy Hughes and is perfectly located in the heart of Queenstown in the O’Connell’s Pavilion. The bus service delivers our students right to the front door, and we have the only food court in Queenstown right in our building, so it’s very convenient!

We are world famous for our friendly, family style of hospitality and for the delivery of excellent English language tuition and excellent student services. Welcome to the LSNZ family!

TEAM LSNZ

Our teaching staff are fully qualified and experienced English teachers. Admin are helpful and caring.

Students travel from many Asian, European, Pacific, Middle Eastern and South American countries to learn English at our school. We take great pride in the fact many students return to our school multiple times.

LSNZ RECOGNITION AND ACCREDITATION

• Registered by the New Zealand Government under the provisions of the Education Act 1989.
• NZQA (New Zealand Qualifications Authority) course approval and accreditation - Category 1 school. LSNZ students can work part time.
• A signatory to the New Zealand Ministry of Education “Code of Practice for the Pastoral Care of International Students”.
• Awarded Tradenz Export Commendation 1998.
